BLUEBERRY - PEACH COFFEECAKE | |
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse blueberries; drain peaches. Spread fruit on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter; set aside. Mix muffin batter as directed on package. Spread batter in greased 8 inch pan. Top with fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
