PINEAPPLE PORK CHOP BAKE
6 pork chops
1 sm. green pepper, sliced into strips
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place aluminum foil in casserole dish that is large enough to fold over the top to seal. Place one slice of onion and a few slices of green pepper between each chop side by side in the casserole dish. Sprinkle a few drops of hot sauce between each chop with the onion and pepper slices, and cover with pineapple juice. Wrap foil over top to make packet. Do not press down. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with rice and salad. This dish can be prepared ahead and left to marinate in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake it.
