PINEAPPLE PORK CHOP BAKE | |
6 pork chops 1 sm. green pepper 1 med. onion 2 tsp. hot sauce 1 can (6 oz.) pineapple juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place aluminum foil in casserole dish that is large enough to fold over the top to make a "mini oven". Put 1 slice of onion and a few slices of green pepper between each pork chop side by side in the casserole. Sprinkle a few drops of hot sauce between each chop. Cover with pineapple juice. Wrap foil over top to make a packet. Do not press down. Bake for 1 hour. This dish can be prepared ahead and left to marinate in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake it. This is especially good served with rice. |
