CORN PUDDING 
2 c. whole kernel corn
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 10 x 6 inch shallow baking dish. Place corn in dish. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over corn. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of mixture. Set dish in a larger baking pan filled with hot water about 1 inch deep. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
