CORN PUDDING 
2 cans creamed corn
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
