LEMON CREAM PARFAIT 
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
2 c. sour cream
1 c. heavy cream, whipped for garnish

Blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and rind in a large bowl. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into individual dishes and chill in refrigerator 2 hours or until set. Serve with whipped cream garnish.
