BAR-B-Q SHRIMP 
2 sticks butter
1 c. oil
2 tsp. garlic
4 bay leaves, crushed
2 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 lb. lg. shrimp (keep shell on)

Serves 6-8 hungry adults. Serve with French bread and fresh green salad. If you like spicy cajun food this is for you.

Get large saucepan and melt butter on medium heat. Add oil and mix together all other ingredients except the shrimp. Cook sauce over medium heat until sauce begins to boil; stirring frequently reduce heat to low and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Take off stove, cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Then add shrimp and stir, put pan back on stove on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Shrimp will begin to curl; remove from stove and place in 2 large baking dishes; put in oven and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Place in soup bowls and serve with lots of napkins.
