SHRIMP BARS | |
4 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. baking powder 10 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. Old Bay spice 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms 2 c. cooked Maine shrimp Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting into bars. Can be served hot or cold or at room temperature. (Best slightly warm or at room temperature.) Other shrimp can be used chopped or cut in small pieces. |
