WINTER FRUIT WITH LEMON YOGURT
SAUCE
 
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart red apples
1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart green apples

SAUCE:

8 oz. carton lowfat lemon yogurt
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. toasted pecans

Combine fruits in medium bowl. Combine sauce ingredients except pecans; mix well. Mix with fruit. Serve in small fruit dishes or sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 6-8.
