CHINESE B-Q DRUMSTICKS (WINGS) 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic pods, crushed or sprinkle garlic powder
1/2 c. strong chicken broth
Pepper to taste

Separate wings (don't use tips - freeze for soup). Mix all ingredients well. Marinate 2 hours, turning if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees on rack in a shallow pan. (If I make a lot I just use a cookie sheet), for 1 1/2 hours or longer until brown. Baste with marinate - turn once (watch for smoke; add water if necessary).
