MARCUS BURGERS 
2 lbs. ground round
1 pkg. French au jus gravy mix
1 onion, chopped
Pepper
Garlic powder

Press ground round firmly into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper (no salt) and garlic powder. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Until it is almost done. Drain off fat. Mix French au jus gravy mix to directions. Cut meat in slices 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide. Pour heated gravy mixture over meat. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve slices in hot dog buns with a little gravy and chopped onion. Relish, catsup and mustard are optional.
