OLA'S CHINESE VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1 box frozen green peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Cook peas in salted water and drain. Add drained bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Mix and put in baking dish. Pour mushroom soup on top. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Put can of French fried onions over cheese and bake 10 minutes longer. Shrimp or chicken may be added to make this a main dish.
