CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. ground meat 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables 1 small can mushrooms (optional) 1 can water 1 can Chinese noodles Brown meat with celery and onion. Add all ingredients except noodles. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. Top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes. Serve with side order of rice. |
