PORK CHOPS WITH CRANBERRY
DRESSING
 
3-5 boneless pork chops
1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberries
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced
5 slices bread
1 large apple, diced
1 tsp. summer savory
1/2 tsp. ea. salt and pepper

Place pork chops in casserole dish. Pour can of cranberries over the pork chops.

In pan melt butter, add onion. Simmer until soft. Add summer savory, salt and pepper

Break up bread crumbs in tiny pieces in a bowl.

Pour onion and butter over bread an mix.

Place bread dressing over pork chops and cranberries.

Dice apple in tiny pieces and sprinkle over bread dressing. Throw a few dabs of butter over the top and cover.

Bake a 350°F for 1 hour.

Great with peas and potato dressing :) ENJOY!

Serves 3 to 5.
