ICE CREAM JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
3 apples
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3 tangerines
2 tbsp. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 tbsp. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 sm. pkg. Cool Whip

Melt Jello in hot water according to directions on package. Add cottage cheese and ice cream. Peel apples and tangerines; cut into small pieces and add to Jello. Add nuts and pineapples, including juice. Place in Jello mold. Refrigerate when ready to serve, unmold and top with Cool Whip.
