COOKIES & CREAM PUDDING PIE 
26 chocolate sandwich cookies
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. (1/2 pt.) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding, chocolate flavor
Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, for decoration (opt.)

Place cookies on bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Cookies should cover plate evenly.

Pour 1 1/2 cups of cold milk into bowl. Add ice cream. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let pudding stand for 3 minutes.

Pour pudding into cookie-lined pie plate. Put pie into refrigerator to chill until set, about 3 hours. To decorate, spoon whipped topping into zipper-style sandwich bag. Squeeze extra air out of bag; close tightly. Snip a small corner off bottom of bag with scissors. Squeeze bag gently to make design. Chill until serving time. Makes 8 servings.
