COOKED SALAD DRESSING 
2 eggs
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 level tsp. celery seed
1 heaping tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Beat eggs and add dry ingredients. Beat well. Heat vinegar to simmer. Pour vinegar into mixture a little at a time, stirring constantly. Pour mixture back into pan and reheat, bring to a hard boil, stirring some while heating. Remove from stove and cool. Store in refrigerator. Delicious for potato salad or coleslaw.
