COOKED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 beaten eggs
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Combine the dry ingredients. Blend in the juices. Cook until clear, 5 to 8 minutes, stir constantly. Slowly stir in eggs, cook 3 to 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then add cheese. Beat and chill. Mix with any combination of fresh fruit slices. Very good with a mixture of apples, grapes, oranges and nuts. Makes 2 cups.
