FROZEN PAPER CUP ROUNDS 
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 banana, diced
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can pitted Bing cherries, drained

Combine cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple and banana. Lightly fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into fluted paper cup placed in muffin tins. Freeze, wrap well and store in freezer. Remove, peel off paper, and serve on greens or as a dessert.
