1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. liquid smoke Meat For meat, use cheap cut. Cut with grain very thin, trim off all fat. Don't over crowd meat in marinade. Soak meat overnight in marinade. Drain meat, pat dry on paper towel. Bake at 140 to 130 degrees (lowest heat) with oven door ajar, 8 to 10 hours. |
