CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate

Grease 8" or 9" square pan. Place sugar, milk and butter in a microwave safe 3 quart casserole. Microwave on HIGH 6 minutes, stirring at 3 minutes. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes more or until small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in ice water (236 degrees on candy thermometer). Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into pan. Smooth top. Cool 30 minutes. Cut into 16 squares. Cool completely. Microwave chocolate squares on HIGH 2 minutes or until just melted, stirring after 30 seconds. Drizzle over squares in zig zag design.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
