1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cream. Blend in:

1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir in:

1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal

Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with: 6 ounces (1 cup) Nestles' semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Let stand 5 minutes.

Combine:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 to 4 tbsp. milk (evaporated milk)

Spread chocolate evenly. Drizzle with peanut butter mixture. Cool. Cut into bars.
