BROCCOLI MUSHROOM MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all meat loaf ingredients. Mix well. Place mixture in center of 20 inch long sheet of wax paper. Pat mixture into a 15 x 9 inch rectangle.

FILLING:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Sprinkle with broccoli and mushrooms leaving 1 1/2 inch border. Roll up tightly, starting with the shorter edge, using wax paper to left.

Press edges and end of roll to seal. Place season side down on 9 x 15 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours until done.
