1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground smoked ham
4 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mushrooms
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. soda cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together in order given. Place in a loaf pan lined with wax paper and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven, or whatever length of time you use to thoroughly cook meat loaf. I put my eggs and onion and green pepper in my blender, makes the flavor even better.
