MUSHROOM MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Blend 1 cup mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water. Measure out 1/4 cup soup mixture and combine with 1 lb. of ground beef, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. minced onions, 1 tbsp. minced parsley, 1 beaten egg and 1/4 tsp. salt.

Shape in meat balls (1 1/2 inch). Brown in a little oil. Then add soup mixture, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
