MUSHROOM MEAT LOAF 
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Saute 1 cup mushrooms and onion in butter. Stir in sour cream; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except reserved mushrooms. Put half the mixture into 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Make shallow trough down the center. Spoon sauteed mixture into indentation. Shape remaining meat over filling. Seal the edges. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish with remaining mushrooms.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

Combine: 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper

Heat in saucepan over low heat. Serve hot with meat loaf.
