MUSHROOM MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed thyme
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. ketchup
1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in an 8 inch loaf pan (aluminum) or shape into an 8 inch loaf and wrap in a double thickness of aluminum foil. Secure well to seal in juices.

Place in the middle grill over medium heat for approximately 1 hour. If using a foil packet, turn carefully every 10 to 15 minutes. (This is if you are using a gas grill).
