BRUNCH EGG BAKE 
12 slices bread, cubed
1 doz. eggs
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. ground breakfast sausage, cooked
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the bread and cheese together. Add cooked sausage and salt. Beat together the eggs and milk. Place the bread, sausage and cheese mixture in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour egg and milk mixture over it. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. When ready to bake, melt the butter and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for approximately 45 minutes. Optional: Bacon or ham in place of sausage.
