80 Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding
1 1/2 qts. vanilla ice cream
Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Crush crackers. Melt butter and mix in crackers. Reserve a little for garnish. Pat mixture into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Beat together until thick and fluffy (2-3 minutes) milk, pudding, and ice cream. Spread onto crackers. Chill 15 minutes. Spread Cool Whip or Dream Whip on dessert and sprinkle reserved crust mixture on top. Keep refrigerated.
