100 Ritz or Townhouse crackers (3 rolls)
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk
3 boxes coconut instant pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 gal. softened ice cream (vanilla)
Lg. container Cool Whip

Crust: Crush crackers and add milk and melted butter. Press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together pudding, milk, and ice cream. Spread on top of cracker crust. Refrigerate. Later spread Cool Whip on top.
