EASY EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
2 uncooked pie shells
2 - 9 inch pie plates
Sprinkle cinnamon if desired

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into uncooked pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
