CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
9 lg. potatoes, peeled and halved
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Mash them until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
