CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 large cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3/4 c. brown rice, cooked
1 small onion, minced
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1/3 c. brown sugar

Cook cabbage leaves for 4 minutes in boiling salted water; drain. Brown ground chuck; drain. Mix meat with cooked brown rice, minced onion, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Divide meat into 12 portions, each portion placed in center of each cabbage leaf. Roll and fold, seam side down in large baking dish.

Mix: 1 can tomato sauce, vinegar or lemon juice, and brown sugar; and pour over the cabbage rolls.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through.
