PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 chocolate pie crust or graham cracker crust adding 2 tbsp. cocoa to it
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
6 tbsp. strong cold coffee

Mix sugar with peanut butter and melted butter. Gradually add Cool Whip and vanilla. Put in pie crust and chill. Melt 3 ounces semi sweet chocolate with 6 tablespoons strong cold coffee. Smooth over top of pie. Chill.
