PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 cooked pie crust, cooled
3-4 tbsp. peanut butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
3-4 tbsp. peanut butter, melted
Whipped cream
Chopped nuts (optional)

Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons melted peanut butter on bottom and edge of cooled pie crust. Mix pudding, milk, sour cream and melted peanut butter in a bowl. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate. Before serving, top with plenty of whipped cream and chopped nuts.
