JALAPENO JELLY 
2 med. green peppers
6-8 jalapeno peppers
7 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 pkg. Sure-Jell or Certo

Seed peppers and grind in blender with vinegar. Put the pepper/vinegar mixture in a large pot and add sugar; boil 3-5 minutes. Add Sure-Jell or Certo and bring to a boil again. Stir for 2 minutes. Add several drops of green food coloring and pour into jars and refrigerate. Serve with cream cheese and crackers as an appetizer.
