PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
Baked pie shell
1 pkg. vanilla Jello pudding (3 1/2 oz.), not instant
2 c. milk
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Stir egg in pot. Add milk then pudding. Cook as usual. When done, add sugar, vanilla and peanut butter. Pour in pie shell and refrigerate when cool. When served, cover with Cool Whip.
