PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 (9") pie crusts, baked
2 lg. pkgs. Jello vanilla cook pudding
1/2 box powdered sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
Small container Cool Whip

Cook vanilla pudding according to package directions. Set aside. Take the 1/2 box powdered sugar and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Put in a bowl, cut these together with a fork or a pastry blender. Cut until this mixture looks like small peas. Put 1/2 of this powdered sugar mixture into pudding. Put 1/2 of what's left into bottom of the baked pie shell. Pour pudding mixture into shell on top of this top with Cool Whip and sprinkle the remaining powdered sugar mixture on top of pie.
