1 qt. sauerkraut
1 c. white sugar - I cut back
Fried drained bacon
1 pt. stewed tomatoes
1 c. brown sugar

Combine tomatoes and sugar. Add sauerkraut and blend well. Bake in slow oven at 300 degrees for about 3 hours before removing from oven. Sprinkle generously with bacon bits on top.
