RASPBERRY JELLY MOLD 
2 sm. boxes raspberry jello
2 frozen raspberry boxes (thawed)
2 c. hot water
1 c. whipping cream
1 3/4 c. sm. marshmallows
6 oz. cream cheese

Dissolve jello in water. Add berries; put in 9x13 pan. Chill until firm. Microwave marshmallows until smooth; add cream cheese (room temperature) to marshmallows. Add cold whipping cream. Spread mixture on jello. Chill several hours before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
