RASPBERRY JELLY MOLD | |
2 sm. boxes raspberry jello 2 frozen raspberry boxes (thawed) 2 c. hot water 1 c. whipping cream 1 3/4 c. sm. marshmallows 6 oz. cream cheese Dissolve jello in water. Add berries; put in 9x13 pan. Chill until firm. Microwave marshmallows until smooth; add cream cheese (room temperature) to marshmallows. Add cold whipping cream. Spread mixture on jello. Chill several hours before serving. |
