CALLIE'S PB&J COOKIES 
1 (16 oz.) jar Natural peanut butter (I like Laura Scudders)
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup raspberry jam (strawberry and blackberry taste great too!)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.

Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg whites and vanilla together.

Shape dough into tablespoon-sized balls.

Press your thumb into the balls. Fill indention with your-choice jam.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
