RASPBERRY JELLY 
4 1/2 c. raspberry juice
9 c. sugar
1 1/2 pkgs. pectin
1 1/2 c. water

Stir sugar into juice for 20 minutes. Add pectin to the water, stir constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Pour into juice mixture for 2 minutes and bottle. Ready for freezer.
