CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 c. white rice
1 (8 oz.) cheese whiz
1 sm. onion, chopped

Boil chicken until tender. Reserve broth for later. In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients including chopped chicken. Pour into baking dish. Pour 1 1/2 cups broth over mixture. Stir until mixed. Top with bread crumbs. Spread melted butter over bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
