EVERYDAY BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 can cheddar cheese soup (Campbells) 1 can cream of broccoli soup (Campbells) 1/3 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 box frozen broccoli spears White rice In skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Stir in soups, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli on top, reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done. For lower fat diet chicken breasts can be broiled and water can be substituted for milk. Can be served over white rice. |
