BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup (condensed)
1/3 c. water or milk
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 chicken halves (about 1 lb.)

In 10 inch skillet, brown chicken over medium heat. Spoon off fat. Stir in rest of ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done; stirring often.

Serves 4.
