BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water or milk
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
Hot cooked noodles or rice

In skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Drain off excess fat. Stir in soup and water. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done. Stir occasionally. Serve over noodles or rice. 4 servings.
