QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 pt. strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 pie shell, baked or graham cracker

Mash 1 pint strawberries; add sugar to cornstarch. Boil. Slice remaining strawberries into pie shell. Pour cooked mixture over top. Cool, chill if desired. Serve with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
