1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. cold water

Cook until thick. Add 2 tablespoons strawberry Jello and dash of red food coloring. Cool. Bake pie crust. Slice 1 pint strawberries in crust. Pour mixture over berries and chill. Serve with whipped cream on top.
