1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained lightly)

Mix all ingredients together with mixer and bake in 2 layers according to directions on cake mix bowl.

Frosting: Mix pudding and pineapple with mixer and blend in Cool Whip. Frost each layer and sides of cake.
