PEA PICKIN CAKE 
1 box golden yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil

FILLING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Beat all ingredients together until well blended. Bake in 3 greased cake pans at 350 degrees or until done. Cool thoroughly.

FILLING: Combine the pineapple with juice and pudding. Fold into Cool Whip. Spread between the layers and on top of the cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps in refrigerator for days.
